  • I used to love shopping here at this specific Smith's. Customer service used to be great nowadays not so much. Many of the employees here just do not seem happy nor want to be there. Today specifically there was no cashiers open only the self checkout stations were open and they were all being used not to mention the line was backed up big time. Fat ass store manager walking around and no attempt to even get on a cash register to help check people out so they can get on with their day....unbelievable! Also when you check out keep an eye on the prices. I noticed today that the red grapes that were supposed to be on sale for .98 cents per pound were ringing up at $2.98 per lb. I think I'll be going to another store for my groceries from now on.
