  • B.C is not reliable. While service was great for the first month or two, it quickly went downhill. Troy was supposed to provide service twice a month, which rarely happened. In September, Troy picked up and cashed the check but provided no service. He claimed he would provide service in October and November at no cost, but he never showed. In short, Troy stoled money from me. Do not hire him.
