  • Communication with the company was good up until the day of the move. Jose confirmed my appointment the day before. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 am. At 8:30 he called and asked if the movers could come at 10:00 because he needed to have his stuff packed for a move. The movers showed up at 10:18 but still charged me as if they showed up at 10:00. The movers themselves were okay, but I felt a little taken advantage of.
