  • El Pollo Loco is almost without exception 5 star delicious and great. Was like others thrilled to no longer need to drive across the valley for their chicken. That said.....This store is a dumpster fire and a disgrace to the franchise. Not sure if they opened too soon but it's clear my experiences here have not been unique. Get it together guys.
