| - It took almost a month to get an appointment because they kept loosing my sons referral paperwork! I figure this place came highly recommended, maybe it was a glitch in the system. I asked for directions and no one could even tell me what corner the office was located on! Once you walk in, the place is filthy! You wait forever to go back and sit in a little room with no air! The tech can't even put eye drops in my child's eyes! I had to tell her how to put eye drops in to his eyes. They put the dilation drops in his eyes three times, a little extreme! We were asked to move from the first room we were in waiting for the eye doctor because another patient needed that room. Waited again! The normal testing's were never done with him! They took my son's insurance for the exam, but they don't accept his insurance for the glasses. I ordered his glasses and was told it would be about 1-2 weeks, it was almost 4 weeks because their lab messed up his lenses. When we went in to pick up his glasses, they wanted me to sign a sheet stating that I know the prescription is correct, really! I am not an eye doctor!!!! They wanted me to sign off on a bunch of other ridiculous items, which I crossed out! We finally got his glasses about 2.5 weeks ago and they are already falling apart! The wire is jutting out from the arm that goes around the ear, the screws won't stay tight on the arms, the covering on the other arm is falling off. I tried to call, it was after hours so I knew I needed to leave a message, but there is no way to leave a message, there is only an answering service which will not take a message. Guess I will be calling my credit card company for a full refund as this pair of glasses was over $360.00 and they have not even lasted 3 weeks! Poor service, poor quality glasses, long waits, uncaring staff.
