  • Rusmur was at Costco selling carpeting and hardwood floors. I needed carpeting for stairways and halls in 3 homes. The rep at Costco took my info and set up an appointment. He came as promised and did all the measuring. He said he would get back to me in a couple of weeks. I told him that I would be interested in doing hardwood in 6 bedrooms in about 3 months. I hadn't heard from him so I called about 3 weeks after our visit. He said he was working with his boss for a price and will have one shortly. That was 3 months ago and they are not worth it
