  • I scheduled an appointment for a haircut online, it was very convenient. I have never been to the location, and if you are not familiar with the area it can be hard to find. I called and said I was having difficultly finding the place and I would be about 5 minutes late. I was approached by Amy/April (the lady I scheduled appointment with) she was extremely unhappy and seemed angered. She made no attempt to speak to me, and ignored my sentiments. She said "what are we doing?" I asked, " are you comfortable with anything?" She angrily replied, "depends, I literally have 15 minutes to cut your hair." I walked out as she was clearly not in the state of mind to cut my hair, and this establishment was clearly not deserving of my dime. As a business man downtown, I would never recommend it too a colleague of mine. Too many salons/barbershops too chose this location with this level of customer service. Never again.
