  • Worst customer service we have ever had with an Enterprise Rental! Don't go here. We were given a Jeep Wrangler rather than a small sized SUV requested. We were led to believe this would be a NissanRogue (and that is generally what we receive) The seats and carpet were covered with long white dog hairs when they pulled it up passing it off as clean and ready to go. But we let that slide...after all, we waited and waited. We had a family vacation to go on. We got about 16m to the gallon with this dirty gas guzzler rather than 28 mpg with a normal small SUV. When we returned, we complained about this and requested a refund. We dealt with David. He has terrible customer service skills and apparantly lies a LOT. We were finally told, (after blaming us for not trading it out in Vegas...um, like we knew that was an option??) that he would not charge us the extra day late charge of $47.00. That didn't make up for the inconvenience of this ridiculous bumpy hard ride in this dirty dog haired jeep with extra gas...but was a start. Well, he charged us the extra, after all.. When we called back, he said he would get the charge reversed. That didn't happen. Weeks later, we contacted him AGAIN, and he said he would check on it and call us back. This phase of the game...was repeated TWO MORE TIMES and he never EVER called back. We always contact him. After the third time, he just said...I don't know...go through your bank. Our bank said all they could do was process a chargeback. So we did that. Enterprise then denied our chargeback. And Davids response was...well, we couldn't process your refund IF you did a chargeback. WHAT?!!! They weren't processing a refund EVER....and they denied our chargeback. This guys flat out lies. The very last call David said he would see what he could do with the "accounting team" , but again...putting the blame on us. This started in August...and is still going on!!?? David...blaming your customers for your poor service and your lies...is ridiculous. I am surprised you still work there. We will NEVER do business with that store again. And it's all because of YOU! You are a cocky BS liar and full of yourself. Your attitude reeks as bad as your lack of service. You flat out lie. Your supers should really investigate you. All the bad business over $47.00! Just WOW! Enterprise...you really need to rethink this guy. We aren't going away on this. There's just something about a punk continuing to lie to you ...we are going up the ladder. Hope someone up there has a clue.
