rev:text	It kills me that I even have to give this place 1 star. I have been with sprint for 4 years and have never had an issues until I went to this store for "help". We went into the store to possibly change our plans and get new phones. We ended up being helped by the SALES associate names Brandon. Brandon had us looking at nice new Iphones and the new Galaxy. So when we started going over the cost to change our plan, it had gotten too costly for our liking so we let him know that we did not want to change it. He then suggested we enter into the new marketing gimmick they call a "FRAMILY" plan, he assured us that our monthly bill would be approximately 180/month, which worked out cheaper! GREAT!!! we signed up, got new phones, and Brandon walked away with his commission off of us. Well our next bill rolls around and imagine my surprise when it changed to $500!!!! I was furious, went into see Brandon and he was conveniently out of the office. I spoke with the woman who calls herself the "store manager" although she seems to be completely uneducated and incapable handling customer service issues. She told me that because her employee told here that he told me it "may" be cheaper she would not do anything to help me. Why the hell would I change my plan to a plan that "may" be cheaper. Idiot. Moral of the story: They are in it to make commission off of you, not find you the best priced and most fitting plan for you and your family. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be screwed over and receive the worst customer service of your life.
