  • My five star six night stay was RUINED by the incompetence of the check out staff, specifically Tom who could care less that there was one staff member available for the twenty people checking out. Did he, as a manager, help the situation? Nope. He was too busy texting and headed straight to the back office. The new Valley tower is fabulous, valet was awesome, and housekeeping was great. But you Tom, oh Tom, you were my last point of contact for the six night stay, and you ruined it.
