  • The service here is everyone in line is complaining.. Managers need to be trained and customer service is horrible. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. I usually rent from Advantage and everything is always smooth with them. I went with Firefly because it was alittle less expensive. In the end it's a effen headache . And the lady in front barely speaks a lick of English .
