  • I think it's awesome that Clark County has a bunch of facilities like the Hollywood Aquatics Center located throughout the valley. Places like this provide residents with an affordable way to have fun and stay cool during the summer! My family and I came here for a birthday party and everyone enjoyed themselves, especially the little ones. What's great about the Hollywood Aquatics Center is that the lifeguards on duty are very attentive and super friendly. They even offer short swimming lessons during the pool break! I recommend that you arrive before the facility opens because from our experience, there was a big line forming right outside the door prior to scheduled opening time. If you're lucky, you might be able to snag a few lounge chairs under the shade, but if not, you can bring your own pop-up tents and chairs too! You're also allowed to bring your own food and drinks inside, so that's a plus. Overall, a great facility to utilize during the summer and year-round as well. There's also a heated indoor pool for lap swim and a small training pool for lessons!
