  • I had called a couple days ago and left a voicemail (they had an outgoing greeting explaining they were taking the weekend off for Christmas) and got a call back today. Apparently they had a grandchild come into the world a week early which would explain the delay in getting back to me. Additionally, he was kind enough to explain to me how he would do the job I had in mind and encouraged me to give it a shot myself. He said he would be happy to come out and do it but given the new member of the family, he was going to understandably be taking several days off, so I would have to wait. I truly appreciate him being so forthright and honest; it's rare to find people who just simply want to help others. Red Truck will definitely be one of the first people I call next time I have a need for a handyman!
