  • Good neighborhood restaurant with homestyle food. I particularly love the fish and chips. It's hard to get that anywhere these days. Love the giant cups of soda the give you with the crushed ice. Servers and staff are friendly (but see below). The time between ordering and getting your food is good. I would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that they need to work on the attentiveness of their servers. It's hit or miss and the servers don't always come back to check on you enough. I know it's a fine line between not enough service and too much. I think Ranch House is tipping toward the not enough side. I want to emphasize though that servers are very friendly with a great attitude. Overall, great neighborhood feel. Glad to support a local business. I'll be going back!
