  • Bought tickets for the balcony for Rakim. When I showed up I was told (after being told I wasn't on "the list") that I bought money towards a bar tab and still needed to buy tickets. So I was naturally charged $63.11 for two $25 tickets. Apparently there was a handling fee. On top of that, service at the bar sucked. Bartenders don't want to be bothered with customers which is an unfortunate disposition for a bartender. Overall, this place sucks and needs to be torn down. I'm sick of going out to this shithole to see decent mid-sized bands. They need to build a place downtown, these guys are conartist rent seekers who should do the world a favor and go out of business.
