  • This used to be my usual spot because I could get a nice manicure for a quarter of the price of other salons. My last experience changed my mind and I will not return. I went in for a pedicure and to get my acrylics taken off. First of all, I went to the salon to get my acrylics taken off because I didn't want to damage my nails. Little did I know that my nails would be MORE damaged afterwards. Instead of soaking and slowly taking them off, she took another fake nail and pried it under my nails and kept trying to pop them off. Ouch!! By the end, I had a finger with a torn nail and blood everywhere. Not what I wanted. The pedicure was also rushed (even though nobody was waiting) and just seemed like they didn't want to be there. Never going back after that experience. As a "professional", you should know how to safely take off someone's acrylics.
