I never considered coming to Sensi before and I'm sorry it took me this long to do so.
I suppose it's because Sensi's location is out of the way a bit, or that there's restaurants that have more star power at Bellagio. Perhaps its because "Asian Fusion" sounds gimmicky, but I'm very glad that we chose to dine here. My dinner here was very satisfying.
We ordered a TLC roll and a tasting menu for dinner. Because both of us were not very hungry, we decided to have a quick dinner and share everything.
The TLC Role was pretty good. My recommendation is to get Roy's tasting menu. Everything on there was delicious and well worth the price (about 90 dollars). The scallops, pork chop, donut dessert, and sashimi was all delicious (that was our choices for our tasting menu).
The service was impeccable. I was just so pleasantly surprised by this restaurant because it was never on my radar, but everything was spot on and delicious.
The kitchen is open so you get to see them make your food. The nan bread is complementary and a great way to start the dinner.
The standout dish for me was the Pork chops. So flavorful, tender and just plain scrumptious.
The one sole critique (very very minor) is that our scallops were over seasoned. Chunks of salt took away the delicateness of scallops.
Well done Sensi and Roy.
