  • My children had orthodontics appointments, which is the reason for our visit. The location of the office can be a little confusing and hard to find because it is tucked away. The office is clean and the staff is soooo professional. Everyone that works in the office seem to be friendly, approachable, and greet you with a smile. After the consultation I was given all the information on what I would need to do for next steps. Setting up the next appt for the install of the braces the staff did an awesome job on letting me know what would happened if the appt is missed and not canceled within the 24 hits before the appt. on arriving the staff went over documents, cleaning of the braces and rewards for the children if they're doing what their supposed to do with brushing and flossing. There's an area in the lobby for the children to play with iPads. We were given a tour of the office on the 2nd visit, which was a plus. The appointments are done on time. I'm pleased with the decision to choose this orthodontics. I would recommend this orthodontics.
