This is so weird I thought I had already written a review for this place a few months ago... well here it goes again.
I came in today to get my usual Bare Minerals liquid foundation and glad I was able to find it in the color I needed.
I browsed around for a while trying to find an under eye concealer that wasn't too oily and asked a young lady if she could help me find a brand that was non-animal tested, natural and in my color.
The young lady pointed me to Becca and just left without bothering to help me any further. In all honesty she just left me hanging. I then continued to browse around for another brand of makeup in hopes that I would find what I needed. Then a very helpful associate named Melody asked me if I needed help.
When Melody came around I was actually very relieved. I did need help, because I needed some questions answered and needed to make sure I was putting the right color on my skin.
She took time explaining what the specific peachy shade would do for under my eyes and told me about certain ingredients it had that was good for my skin. She tested it on me and I looked in the mirror and it was just what I was looking for.
In a perfect world I really wish that more people would do their job and actually help customers like Miss Melody did with me today.
She was professional and knew what she was talking about and was very comfortable to be around and very friendly. I was so impressed that I think I'll go back and tell the manager how great this gal is.
Sephora gets 4 stars, because of Melody!
