| - This is the most amazing complex I have stayed in. I've stayed in some very ugly/bad ones over the past 4 years before finding Salado Springs. I'm currently in a 2 bed/bath. I've been here for a 1.5 years and will be renewing for another year very soon. Pam, the manager, is a kind and dependable manager. She's very sweet and always does her best to accommodate her tenants. She knows everyone's name and that's why I appreciate her so much! I've only had one complaint (about 2 months ago) and that was for the kids next door banging on my walls early in the morning. She volunteered to speak to the tenants in that apartment and I've not heard much since.
We are directly underneath the flight path but, after a few days you won't hear it unless you're actively listening. Henry, the maintenance guy, does a great job and is always cheerful when I see him! I've only had to request him twice to check out the window blinds and to change a light bulb. The apartments could certainly use an update: new refrigerators, updated cabinetry, and new kitchen/bathroom floors.
This complex is truly a gem in the midst of a party town. Not a lot of college kids stay here, so complex is pretty quiet. I've never had a problem with my neighbors, except that one noise complaint, and I've never had a problem with parking. The grounds are well kept and the pool is always clean. I usually never see people in there when I walk by to check my mail. We are a 10-15 min walk from Tempe town lake. 10 minute walk from Tempe's free shuttle stop, the Orbit. 5-10 minute drive to Mill Ave.
If you're lucky and come at the right time when there is availability don't think twice about it. Someone will snatch it up in a heartbeat
