Have had many issues with billing since switching to Verizon from AT&T last month. Went to the promenade Verizon to try & get help from someone in person. Once of the associates, Brendan was helpful. The general mgr was not! Dave, was downright nasty. No customer service with that person. Left there feeling frustrated and more annoyed than when i got there. Thought Verizon was better than that. Never shouldve made the switch. Not a happy customer.
