rev:text	This happened last summer, but I never had a chance to share my story until now so here it is, my a/c was working just fine until my upstairs neighbor unit was being repaired by one hour cooling and heating. The problem with servicing units in my complex is the a/c is located on the roof, and the roof has very limited access, without a 20 foot ladder, you're not getting up there, anyway, I noticed the yellow van parked outside my place for a few hours this day, but thought little of it until I turned on my a/c and nothing happened, at this point I wasn't suspecting foul play, I just figured it was broken, so I called a friend of mine who works in the construction business to come over and take a look, he was up there for less then a minute before my unit kicked on, this is when I became suspicious, my friend said a thingermagig was blown, and not plugged in correctly, so I asked my neighbor what work he had done, and he said they replaced the same thingermagiger that was now broken on mine! So I called one hour cooling and heating accusing them of switching the parts, and they denied it, so I said come see for yourself, she said they will come out, but if they find it was not their wrong doing, that I would charged for a service call, I said fine, just get over here! When they arrived they knocked like they were the police, trying to be very intimidating, and they were! Lucky for me my friend is no Dummy, before these guys could speak, my friend had them by the short hairs, long story short, I did not get charged for a service call... Total scam artists, beware of these crooks, even you didn't call them, you can still be their victim, I'm a little surprised these dirt bags are still in business!
