If I could give 0 I would. I called about a prescription my daughter's doctor called in and when I found out the cost, I told them to hold on to it because it was expensive. The customer service rep said that's fine it'll be good for a year. The next day as I looked at my bank account online, I see that they charged me for the prescription! I called them and told them I said I didn't want it and wanted them to stop the charge, but they told me that they couldn't do anything until they receive the package BACK FROM ME! Well, needless to say I was a little more than mad...they said someone didn't get the message and since there was a credit card on file, they processed it, that was a DAY AFTER I told them not to! So now if things bounce because the charge goes through it'll cost me more due to their lack of competence! I would not go there ever!
