  • Disclaimer for anyone who values their car or if they have a new car, do not take your car here. Please patronize another business to get your car washed. My girlfriend brought her car in yesterday October 29th, 2016 around 12:15pm to get a full wash. It was busy and took about an hour for her car to get washed. When she got home she realized that there were numerous deep scratches on her trunk lid of her SUV. My girlfriend and I went in to speak to the manager on October 30th, 2016 but he was not there, one of his workers called the manager on the phone and I spoke to him and he said that he would look at them tomorrow to see if they were actually caused by his workers, maybe he gets other customers that try to fraud him with false claims of damage. These type of scratches were caused by machinery or a negligent worker. Not by my girlfriend. I advised the manager that my girlfriend and I are unavailable to come in during the weekdays to resolve this issue as we both work when he is there.
