rev:text	I planned a Paddleboarding outing with my boyfriend for his birthday. Like the reviewer before, we had scheduled to go to the Yough shop but conditions were not hospitable to paddling on the river that day. Sandy sent out an email the day before warning that they would make the call in the morning. I called to ask if we should attempt to reschedule for Canonsburg Lake right away without waiting for the call because I really wanted to be able to keep the same date and time. Sandy advised that she would call early in the morning and let me know. (the email said they would contact everyone two hours in advance of their scheduled time). Two hours before our scheduled time I still hadn't heard anything. I wanted to be sure because we had to drive about 45 minutes to either location. I called Sandy and she was apologetic, saying they had a crazy morning and that we could keep our same time but just move to Canonsburg. Though I wish I had heard a bit earlier, I totally understand that things happen and it really all worked out just fine in the end. We had an AWESOME time! The staff was very friendly and though the explanation in the beginning was brief, I prefer it that way because we got more time in the water. I thought the price was very reasonable for the time that we got and while I would have preferred to paddle on a river, the Canonsburg lake area was very nice and spacious as well. The staff member (Becca i believe) even snapped tons of great pictures and promised to post them on Facebook for us to see. I would definitely book with Northeast Paddleboard Co. again.
