  • We used to go here but will never go back. They misdiagnosed my dog multiple times - with the most serious one telling me he had hip issues and to literally "do nothing" about it, even after they did X-rays and my dog was walking on only 3 legs for months. The worst part was that when I called to get a copy of my X-rays, the doctor scolded me, tried to tell me no, and then hung up on me!! It was the most unprofessional thing I've ever witnessed. I paid $400+ for those X-rays and have a legal right of obtaining them. Turns out he had a torn ACL and was in a ton of pain!! Thankfully I didn't listen to them and did go get that second opinion.
