Just bought a Samsung clothes dryer. Pam is a great example of their sales staff - helpful, not pushy at all. I had chosen a dryer that I should have checked to see if it would fit through the doorway to the basement stairs - the crew who came to deliver did measurements first and apologetically said no way could this fit. Duh, my bad. So I went back to see Pam and she had selected an alternative that was three inches smaller. This one is fine. except that the installation crew goofed and unplugged my WASHER instead of my dryer, so they had to re-install it, and THEN un-install the old dryer and THEN install the new dryer. The new dryer is fine but now my washer doesn't have cold water. We checked the hookups and we think they are correct so either it is really a hookup problem, or the guys messed up the computer controls of the washer by unplugging it and not rebooting it or whatever. I called DvDAW today and they are sending a technician out on Monday to fix the washer.
