| - I really can't understand how anyone can give this place less than at least 4 stars. Yes, there are other "better" steaks in town, but this is pure consistency.
Ambiance, quality, flavors, service, amenities, patronage, menu options -- all are top class.
Anything dry-aged is fantastic because of the deeper, richer flavors that this technique summons from the beef.
The Fleming's potatoes are excellent -- surprisingly, they are even better the day after when you heat them up in the microwave.
Yes, you will spend a lot of money when you come here, so don't be a chump and try to "cheap" your way through a meal. Watching your wallet will simply dilute what otherwise should be an opulent and luxurious experience.
