Most part. Trying to get someone on the phone though seems to be nearly impossible. Also the communication regarding status on loans was pretty lacking. I had an auto loan app in and a personal credit line and after not hearing anything like I was supposed to I had to reach out to them for the status. When I finally was able to get a loan officer on the phone the response was "oh yeah it's been ready you can come down and sign" that was more than a week later. Also calling the main customer service line I've never waited less than 20 minutes.
