I recently went to this dealership to get an oil change done. And my over all experience was great! Was only there for about an hour. Which is normal. Quick easy painless.
But what's bad is the first and last impression. my first experience as I'm entering the service center to get my car taken care lane 4 as I was directed, a staff member who seemed nervous and sweaty and maybe having a bad day, was very rude to me. He was my service provider consultant basically. I checked in for my appointment with him. He didn't say hi just asked what I needed. Said to him I had an 11am appointment. Walks away... doesn't say anything. Comes back has me sign a paper and tells me to leave the car and he'll take if from there. Mind you I've never been here before so I had no idea where the waiting area was. I asked nicely where do I go l, and all he did was point at a door. No words. In my opinion he's very rude...
Last impression, my car was all finished. A different guy came up to me handed me my paperwork to go to the checkout desk was very nice. Explained everything walked me to the checkout desk.
But as I'm outside waiting for my car, it pulls up. And the first guy I encountered who works lane 4 ... gets out of my car, and again says nothing.. I said thank you and still no response.. he just kept walking back to his little office space.. he didn't even give eye contact. Very rude! I was disappointed and a little mad... he couldn't even say "goodbye" or "have a nice day" or "your welcome"
This guy in your certified service department shouldn't be working customer service at all. I was told to go to Lane 4 for Anthony... he's very rude...
