I would give this hotel 3.5 stars. I will begin with the bad news since that is what people want to know about. Our room was on the fifth floor so there is a loud plane flying overhead every 5 minutes. If you're a light sleeper, you might not want to stay here or maybe have your room changed. Apparently parking is not free, they make you pay. The food is super expensive and I had to pay $6.77 for a medium bag of pretzels from the gift shop. The rooms need a little updating but that was no big deal.
Now for the good news, the staff was super friendly, the location is great, right near the airport. A shuttle comes by every 15-20 minutes and it takes you to and from the airport. From terminal 1, go down to the arrivals ground level and stand at post S5. From terminal 3, go to the arrivals ground level and stand at post C22. The shuttle bus is marked with Sheraton right across the top.
Rooms are equipped with a comfortable bed and Starbucks coffee. The room was also very quiet aside from the airplane noise. It sounds like a large truck going by you on the highway. It wasn't that bad. They will even accommodate a late check out if you ask the front desk. Last but not least, as of August 2014, each room receives free wifi internet of 1MB and up to three devices may connect.
Good luck Yelpers, and may the force be with you!
