  • The staff is fine, the office is close to my house and convenient. Luckily I only come here once a year for my annual physical because if I was the type of person who needed to see the doctor more often I would look for a new office simply because the wait here is ridiculous every time I come. You can count on not being called back for an average of half an hour or more after your appointment time. My OB and pediatrician office both call us back right away, so there's definitely a hiccup in the way they run things at Options Medical.
