  • Easily the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was gorgeous and so well appointed. The bed was comfy, the decor was something out of a magazine, and the bathroom was incredible. The shower was awesome with multiple water features and the toiletries provided were wonderful. They brought water and chocolate each night and truly made our stay so special. The room has all the amenities you could want, including a complimentary Nespresso machine with various drink options. The hotel was clean and well equipped. It was modern and decorated so nicely. We walked around and wished that the rooftop area was open as the views seemed incredible. The lounge area was nice and we really enjoyed the adjoined coffee shop, Cafe Olimpico. The staff was beyond nice and courteous. We were greeted by everyone and each interaction was above and beyond. The concierge, Jade, upon check in heard why we were visiting and came up with a complimentary bottle of prosecco and a handwritten note. We were shocked by the thoughtfulness and kindness. Highly recommend staying here as it is a cute and quiet part of the city and has plenty of eating and shopping nearby.
