  • 5 STARS for allowing me to get a jumper last minute notice but zero stars for customer service. I found these guys as approved vendors for city parks and I was able to get a jumper last minute for a fair price of $150 but had no idea it would run out of gas twice. We were supposed to have the jumper between 2 and 5 PM but the guy who dropped if off didn't check the tank on the generator and it collapsed about 5 minutes after he set it up. Since I had not arrived yet, one of the moms at the party called them directly and she was told to basically leave the party with her kids and go buy $5 worth of gas and it should be okay for the rest of the day and they would reimburse us. If it had been my business I would have apologized and offered to call Uber or a tow truck to bring them gas if my guy was busy. I had high hopes to leave these guys a great review but the customer service is an after-thought. It wasn't the fault of the crew that picked it up but they definitely lost out on a tip when they offered me $5 for the gas I bought. (How about an hour refund? 3 hours at $150 and it only ran for two? (after filling the only emergency gas can i had) I feel I got screwed $50 for an hour of service we contracted, and offering me $5 gets buys you an honest review. So basically the guy that didn't check the gas tank jipped me out of a $50 bill. The kids loved it while it lasted, but collapsed twice on them.
