I was in this store for 51 minutes (I timed it) and was never greeted or never asked if I needed help. Despite digging through King size mattresses weighing 120bs each. I moved 4 of them from standing on their ends to the floor to lay on them. You would think that someone would come over, right? Nope. There were five (5!) employees sitting down at the brown desks that face each other chatting and texting on their phones. My question is, where is Sears management? Who is the regional manager responsible for this stores P&L. I was there to spend $1,600 and couldn't get a hello? This store is ghetto staffed by total and complete disenfranchised employees who are poorly trained and motivated to do nothing more than clock in. Sad. This brand used to be worth a damn before K Mart threw it out the window. I honestly don't know how anyone could spend money in this store.
