  • Recently moved to Charlotte and need a highlighting for a job interview. Called the salon and they got me right in for an appointment with Marrissa. She was nice, but as soon as I got outside and in driving home, I could see the blond was darker and looked the same as when I had made the appointment. I was very disappointed as it took 2 and 1/2 hours and cost $125.00 and it looked like I had nothing done. When I got home my husband asked me if I had cancelled my appointment and my daughter asked me when I was going to make an appointment!! I called and spoke to Marissa and she said just wash it. She said I could come back in, but that she would be scared of the damage to my hair. I said, "So, I'm stuck?" She said, "yes". Very disappointing. I won't be going back. Thanks guys for other recommendations. I wanted to update my review. Since my first visit, the manager of the salon told me to come back in and they would color my hair the way I wanted it with another beautician, Rachel. Rachel was wonderful and so nice. My hair looks fantastic and I am very happy. Thank you Rachel!
