  • You get half of what you pay for here. Check-in took an hour in the half, because they lost my reservation, but was quick to take my money. We walk up expecting to relax a little before we go out.... WRONG!!!! The room wasn't ready, dirty as hell, stains of I don't want to know on the floor, garbage fill with rotting food, the bed (don't get me started). The maid comes to CLEAN UP, but instead did the basics, and flipped the sheets-- not change, but flip the sheets.... THAT IS GROSS!!! We call the desk, get a new room, but surprise we have to wait fucking two hours to get our new keys... The security guy is outside talking and getting the number of some women, why would it take two hours to get our key. When he comes up he is rudely on the phone taking his sweet time getting to the door to let us in. Then this room was dirty, no cover on the bed, the carpet made oil look like sunlight. It actually made the out of touch security guard say "that's nasty," "YOU THINK!!!!" They gave us an upgrade, and these room look like they actually took the time to clean... Here is the kicker they tried to charge my card the difference. I be dammed.... Getting my money back was like pulling the teeth of a four year old.
