  • I have used this company three for a fundraising event collecting old textiles for donation. The two times thing went well. The second time was a very different story. I had Tiedemann Globe pick up a rather large donation from my home in September. In November I started calling them to see where the check was. The girl on the phone did some checking and found where the donation was made but didn't know why we didn't get paid. I assume my donation got mixed in with another or they just never weighed the donation back at the office. She said she would do some checking and call me back the next day. That was three months ago. I have called several times since then and only get voicemail and no return phone call. At this point we have some very disappointed volleyball girls since we were going to use that money for travel expenses and now they may not get to go.
