  • I've been here a couple of times (mandated by work). To be honest they are probably the most unprofessional and most frustrating of any medical place I've ever been. They say inappropriate things loudly at the desk as they call you up to the front desk - sometimes repeatedly because they have other questions or issues (they must have rapid turnover, because I feel like I know more about their usual process and procedures than they do and sometimes actually have to tell them where to find some information, billing information, or forms that need to be completed). I truly wish I didn't have to go there, but have no choice. I certainly wouldn't go there if I had a choice.
