  • After moving to Peccole Ranch I wanted to find a new groomer or my boys that was closer to home. I called for the first time and made an appointment. Right from the start you feel the customer service that you are going to get from here. I brought the boys in on a Saturday, an it was pretty crazy! I was told later, it was their biggest day to date! Even with all the activity I felt very taken care of! The crew was smiling and cheerful. Here is the important thing to understand, my little one HATES the groomer. For him it is the "doggie torture palace", the bigger one, my shepard, he is much better with the entire thing. Usually when I pick them up, the little one is screaming at my like a tiny Chihuahua banshie. And continues to yell at me all the way home! Well not today, and not after a day at Shaggy Shaggy Shake! He was smiling, happy and wagging is tale! I was shocked! It was awesome. They were both super clean, brushed, smelled great but not perfumed up, and had freshly brushed teeth breath! (which will last a day!) We have definitely found the right place to go! I will make an appointment every time though! It was some doggie craziness in there. WOOF!!
