  • I've never used the drive-thru (a man actually got killed using the drive-thru here) but the counter service is always horrible. I tried to use a coupon that McD's emailed to me, the elderly lady just said "I don't know how to do that" and stared at me. Apparently asking for ketchup packets with a take out order is a big imposition. They only list their value meals on the board so you can't tell what the prices of the regular menu items are.
