  • I live just down the road from here. I needed an alignment, and my neighbor suggested I go to Big O. I called ahead, and they said they could take care of me right away, so I brought in my van. The staff at the counter were very pleasant, and answered all of my questions without sounding condescending (as other shops have). Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and they have a customer for life! *special mention to the counter guy (Dan or David??), he was very courteous and helpful.
