  • Buy Low was recommended by 2 of my neighbors for a repair for my front loading washer which wasn't draining or spinning. They sent out Gary to repair the machine approx 6-8 weeks ago. He diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and repaired it within a week. Once that was fixed he then realized there was a 2nd issue, had to order another part. The part he brought back was bad and had to order another. A few weeks later that was finally fixed, and the machine still did not work. He left with the cable he claimed had a short 2 weeks ago and still has not shown up to fix it. He has been unreliable throughout the process, never showing up when he said he would, blaming Buy Low for too many jobs, not showing up with all the proper equipment at a time, and completing ignoring calls. I called Sue at the store 2x and seemed as though they could care less that we've been out of a washer for 2 months and their repair person has done nothing to fix the issue. We've spent hundreds of dollars cleaning our clothes with a service in the meantime and now have to start over with a new service. I can't speak for their appliance sales, but would stay as far away as possible from their repair service. Extreme lack of customer service.
