  • If you're thinking about renting from easy Rent-A-Car REEVALUATE!! I had a horrible experience at the Las Vegas location. I booked a car for a week was given a weekly rate online. Told that the hold fee/deposit would be 35% of the rental if paying with a major credit card, which I was. When I got to the counter they told me that the hold/deposit fee would be $200 plus the cost of the rental (the debit card rate). I showed them their own website and they told me that was old information. I also told them I called and verified with the booking agent prior to booking to make sure there were no surprises......well SURPRISE. After calling customer service and speaking with anyone I could I was left with no help They told they had no control over what happenes at the counter. I finally went online and booked with Payless, great experience plus $20 less for the weekly rental and a free upgrade. To top it off they only put a $200 total hold on my card and said the fees come out of that after the rental period. Bottom line Do Not Rent at EZ I spent two hours outta my trip wasted because of them.
