  • Prior to coming to vegas, I looked at many weekly places, and it seemed to me I just had to deal with, shittiness any place I went. One thing I knew was, I am not staying anywhere with bugs. That's for sure. So I decided not to book a place, to just drive out here and hope I can find a place. I drove by a few and didn't even ask to look at a room because the neighborhoods were bad. A few other place I didn't go to for other reasons like: they require you book a month in advance, more than I was willing to pay, or they were booked. Before I headed to this location, I called and they gave me a price, which was the same when I got there. Approaching the Budget Suites, I thought "this looks better than the pictures." Besides that ugly ol sign... They'll probably do better without that sign.... it's the most disgusting thing about this place. I pull in and see kids playing in the grass. People walking their dogs. When I came in and asked to view a room the women at the front desk were very pleasant. They asked me to wait a moment and someone will walk me to the room. I wait about 10 minutes and the security guard comes and walks me to the room. I examined the room and couldn't believe how negative their reviews were. Everything is clean and in working order. LOTTA OLD STUFF. But they work. I decided to take the room. Walking back to the lobby, the security happily answered all my questions about bugs, and the people that stay here, and such. Checking in was more of a process than a hotel, you pay $150 for your dog. Plus $15 a week. That's the second most disgusting thing about this place. While I was sitting in the car, a crackhead woman started yelling at me saying that I almost hit her car.... when my car wasn't moving but nothing to be scared of. When I rolled me window down she shut up and went her way. Other than that, I haven't experienced too many terrible things. The final disgusting thing about this place is that people let their dogs poop and don't pick it up. So far I have been here 5 days and yesterday I got a msg saying they will be entering to check for bugs. Which I really appreciate but at the same time, they should give notice further in advance. I haven't seen one bug, I haven't gotten one bite. Kids always play outside. It's really quiet. If you're looking for a weekly, I would recommend this one for sure.
