My wife and I were recently in Las Vegas and had the pleasure of visiting this store for a purchase that my wife had been dying for.
Admittedly, my expectations were low--having just come from a travesty of a visit to the Loboutin store at The Forum Shops where we were treated as substandard human beings by a snooty shop girl who probably can't afford to buy the shoes she sells. However, I was pleasantly surprised.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process! They actually took the time to assist is in every way, without any prejudice--actually treating us like human beings and the way that customers should be treated.
I really can't say enough about how pleased we were with the buying experience...and yes we did buy--we weren't there as tourists just having a laugh like they assumed of us at The Forum Shops.
My advice to you is to forget the snobs at the Caesar's Palace store and get right over to the Palazzo!
