  • Went in with a coupon. Store policy is you must give to the employee before ordering. When I did that, she took a picture of the coupon with her phone. I ordered per the coupon (buy on sundae get one for $0.99). When I got to the checkout, the employee called (the owner or manager I guess). They decided after 5 minutes that they did not take this coupon. Now I had a larger bill than I expected and melted ice cream. Poor customer service. I should have been informed before I ordered that they will not take the coupon. Then, once I got my receipt, there was the identical coupon printed on the bottom of the receipt. DO NOT GO TO THIS BR particularly with a coupon.
