Had the original sandwich with hot sauce, washed down with a chinotto. The sandwich was delish, though I found that the crackle to meat ratio was ridiculously high. Don't get me wrong, I would normally trade any meat for crackle, but it was a bit like shards of meat sugar rather than skin. I ended up having to ask for more hot sauce to cut the oil from the sandwich, and by the time I finished my sandwich I was definitely glad the size of the roll was large enough to absorb the fat, although I was a little less full than I would have liked.
