  • We stumbled upon Louis Cifer while exploring the Danforth on a Saturday afternoon. The place looks bright and open and the size is impressive. They have a great beer selection and the wait staff are knowledgable. Where this place falls short is the food. It's decent enough but for the price you expect so much more. I had the Angel's Burger ($17) and for that price I'd expect a top-shelf meal. Instead I got a mediocre burger that you'd find at any chain pub in the city. Still, the place has lots of potential and I look forward to returning again.
