  • My 19 year old son was denied a room booked through Hotwire at the Hampton Inn, which stated the check in age was 18 with a valid ID. After he traveled to Cleveland from Michigan, had nowhere to stay, I found the Raddison and spoke to Skyler who was above and beyond helpful and made an exception to give my son a safe place to sleep that night! Thank you, Skyler! To Skyler's manager, he deserves a raise!
